New Moon in 2° Aquarius 42’

New Moons are always good times to set new intentions, and this New Moon in Aquarius ushers in the Chinese Year of the Water Dragon. Also, later in the evening Mars goes Retrograde in Virgo at 7.54pm.

InTibet, the Aquarius New Moon is New Year’s Day (called “Losar”). This is a time to renew our own spiritual practice by meditating, drumming or praying. At this time our prayer are multiplied 100,000 times.

So in this New Moon in Capricorn, I invite you to Use sage, bells, drums to cleanse away the old energy in your house and open your window and doors to invite prosperity into your life.

The New Moon in Aquarius brings new ideas to the world. It represents consciousness and the flowing of ideas. Aquarius new moon wants to electrify, to revolt, and to innovate.  It is the new moon to clear the emotional decks and starts a brand new cycle.

Keep in mind:  that clear thoughts and clear home = clear mind/clear goals and abundance.

  • What old thinking do I need to shift to bring in new ideas?
  • Where does 2- 3 degrees fall in your chart?

New Moon in 2° Capricorn 34’
1:06 PM EST

New Moons are always good times to set new intentions, and this New Moon in Capricorn will have a strong influence throughout the coming year.
This New Moon in Capricorn urges us to reflect on where we are, where we would like to be, and what it will take to get there. It is asking us to find balance between our inner and outer reality.
This is a powerful New Moon for setting goals, initiating projects, and making a serious commitment to achieving your financial and career success in 2012. The ruler of this Capricorn cycle is Saturn, the master strategist demanding that you get your ducks in a row with a realistic and responsible plan for success. It is the time to focus on organizing and creating a solid structure.  This Capricorn New Moon is asking us to allow our light to shine, and in doing so, the road to our happiness and satisfaction will become clear to us.
So in this New Moon in Capricorn,  I invite you to take some time to reflect on your personal goals and what you wish for the world.

Winter Solstice

Thursday, December 22 2011
 Winter Solstice

The Winter Solstice (“solstice” literally means “sun-standing-still.”) occurs when the Sun enters Capricorn, and it is the shortest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere and the longest day in the Southern Hemisphere. At the solstice the Sun stands still for three days.

The Winter Solstice is a natural time for inner reflection, for taking stock and celebration. It helps us attune to the natural rhythms of creation. It is also about home and family, kindness and light, love and friendship. The television, when on, is full of recipes and holiday movies (my daughter, and I love them!).

This year the Solstice is exactly on December 22nd  at  5:30 UTC (Universal Time), in USA at 12:30 AM Eastern Time.

Celebrate the return of Light by:

  • Do a fire-gazing meditation
  • Gather some photos of your ancestors and light a candle in honor of them.
  • Blow the energy of love and abundance into a crystal and give it to a friend as a gift.
  • Created a painting or a mandala to honor the spirit of the Winter Solstice.
  • Click here for Yule Ritual Ideas or why not create some rituals of your own?
  • Listen to music to align and connect with the rhythm and deeper meaning of the season. Some ideas are: “Deck the Halls,” “The Longest Night of the Year” by Mary Chapin Carpenter, Winter, Fire, and Snow love it, In The Bleak Midwinter by Loreena McKennitt.
  • Bake some Yule Moon Cookies; below is the recipe

 Yule Moon Cookies
1 cup butter
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/3 cup flour
1 1/2 cup grated almonds (blanched)
1 tsp. vanilla
Icing:
2 cups sifted confectioner’s sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 Tbsp. water

Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy and light. Add grated lemon peel, salt, flour, grated almonds, and 1 tsp. vanilla; mix thoroughly. Place dough in bowl. Cover and chill thoroughly. When the dough is well chilled; or the next day, roll out dough to 1/8″ thickness and cut with moon/crescent cookie cutter. Place 1/2″ apart on un-greased baking sheet. Bake in preheated 375° oven for 8-10 minutes.

Icing: While cookies bake, combine confectioner’s sugar, vanilla and water. Spread over the tops of cookies while still warm, but not too hot, as icing will melt. Thin with additional drops of water if glaze is too thick. Allow cookies to cool.

Yield: 10 dozen cookies

Remember that life is the ultimate adventure and a continual blessing. It’s time for you to explore, discover, walk your truth and live your gratitude in each present moment.

Happy Solstice!

New Moon in 5° Virgo 27’

Sunday, August 28
New Moon in 5° Virgo 27’
11:04 PM EST

Virgo is a mutable, earth sign and resides in the 6th house (health, habits, routines, jobs and employment, diet, service to others, pets) of the natural zodiac, ruled by Mercury the messenger.

This new Moon in Virgo is activating the area of your life where you must do something useful in the world and be of service to others. This energy is telling you it is time to walk your walk and talk your talk. It is about honesty and integrity.

”The message is it’s time to devote yourself to work and work relationships especially people who work for you.”

The New Moon in Virgo highlights themes related to work, analytical thinking, and problem solving. Also this is the best time all year to initiate a new diet or fitness regimen, to upgrade your daily routines and health habits.

“NOW is the time for us to pay attention to the body and take responsibility for our health.”

Some Questions to ask yourself in this new moon:

  •  Where does 5- 6 degrees Virgo fall in your chart?
  • Where does Pisces fall in your chart? That is where you will see results by the Full Moon
  • What attributes do I need to develop in order to be in better health, develop better habits, and use my time more effectively?
  • What are the psychic causes of physical illness? What are the spiritual implications of disease?
  • What is my body trying to tell me about my life? If my current methods are not working, what healing processes have I rejected in the past due to a fear of trying something different? (I strongly recommend Louise Hay’s “Heal Your Body”).

 Celebrate this New Moon:

 Write your 10 wishes.

New Moon is a window of opportunity that we can use by writing down a wish list (ten wishes maximum each month) of whatever we want to have come true in our lives. For success, your wishes must be handwritten on paper. The most potent time is the first 8 hours AFTER the exact time of the New Moon; within the first 48 hours will still work. For clear success, it’s best to avoid wishing during those hours when the Moon is Void of Course.

In her book, “New Moons Astrology”, Jan Spiller advises us to make wishes on the New Moon related to: self expression, imitative, courage, passion, leadership, enthusiasm, daring.

 Sample wishes:

“I choose clear planning that will empower me to successfully reach my goal of ___________”

“I easily find myself replacing daydreaming with productive action”.

“I choose to easily find myself exercising (aerobically, by walking, on the treadmill, at the gym, etc.) a minimum of three times a week, 45 minutes each time”

“I choose to initiate happy new relationships.”

 •   24 Hours before the New Moon is the time to go within and connect to what the need is for that area of your life.

•   24 Hours after the New Moon, write down your intentions. Verbalize them. Visualize them. Send them out. It is done!

The strongest times for wishing:
Sunday:  11:04 pm – midnight
Monday:  12:01 am – 6: 14 pm
Tuesday:  2:26 pm – midnight

Remember to write an Abundance check:

Abundance checks are a tool we can use to create more abundance in our lives. They are written within 24 hours after a New Moon.

    • How to write an Abundance check:
  1. Within 24 hours after a New Moon, take a check from your check book. Where it says “Pay to,” write your name.
  2. In the little box on the same line where you would fill in a dollar amount write “Paid in full.”
  3. On the line underneath your name, where you would write out a dollar amount, write “Paid in full.”
  4. Sign the check: “The Law of Abundance.”
  5. Do not put a date on the check. Do not write a specific dollar amount in the check. Put in a safe place and forget about it. The Universe will take it from there. Many people are skeptical about trying this until they do it. After the first time, they realize the power of these checks and do them routinely every month! Try it yourself and see!

Feng Shui Tip of the month:

  • Organize all your drawers. Notice which ones always seem to be filling up again and again. Check to see which area of the Bagua or life situation it falls in. This will give you a clue to an issue you are just not ready to let go of.
  • Since one of the areas highlighted at this new moon is health it is extremely important to work on the center/ health gua in every room.
  • Take a look to see where most of your clutter is and see if you can relate that to anything going on in your body. Someone found this on the internet and sent it to me and I think it’s great. The Bagua and Your Health:
  • Career gua – relates to ears, kidneys, bladder, bodily fluids, and reproductive system. Are you feeling uneasy about your career choice? Are you unclear about what your purpose is – what you are here to do?
  • Knowledge & Self-Cultivation gua – relates to finger, hands, back. Are you open to learning from the lessons that come your way? Are you feeling supported by life?
  • Family gua – relates to feet, liver, big bones, gall bladder. Do you have unresolved issues with your parents, siblings or other family members?
  • Wealth & Prosperity gua – relates to hips, pelvis, buttocks, small bones, respiration. Do you have feelings of lack or financial worries?
  • Fame & Reputation gua – relates to eyes, heart, circulation, glands, small intestine, high fevers. Are you not seeing something? Is there somewhere in your heart that’s closed?
  • Love & Relationships gua – relates to stomach, organs, spleen, and digestive problems. Who are you letting bug you? Are you holding a grudge? Is there anyone you are not forgiving? How is your relationship with your mother?
  • Children & Creativity gua – relates to the neck, mouth, teeth, lungs, colon, skin, throat, large intestine. Where are you not speaking your truth? Is your creativity and self-expression blocked?
  • Helpful People & Travel gua – relates to the head, skull, brain, migraine headaches. Do you have issues with your father? Are you thinking small in any area of your life?
  • Health/ Center gua – relates to immune system, and overall health and well-being. Are you practicing good self-care? Sleeping well, eating healthy food, exercising?

Shamanic Journey Idea: Animal of this month new moon The Bear:

“Like their animal totem, Brown Bear people are self-reliant and prefer to stand on their own two feet rather than rely on others. They take time to acclimatize to change, preferring the security and comfort of the familiar. They are constructive and good fixers, with an innate ability to get things working, whether in dealing with the break-down of a piece of equipment or in human relations.”   – Kenneth Meadows

So journey to the lower world and invoke Bear medicine to help you connect with your own wisdom.  Ask the bear to help you attune yourself to the energies of the Eternal Mother, (the space of inner-knowing); and teach you how to make choices from a position of power.

What to do on this New Moon:

  •  Get organized, tie up loose ends, and refine your ideas and plans.
  • Pay better attention to your stress and fatigue levels, and start taking better care of “you” physically – start eating healthier, maybe sign up for a new exercise class…
  • Want to do a New Moon Ritual? Check this Virgo New Moon Ritual: Focused Relaxation by  Simone

Focus on this quote: “The unborn Buddha Mind is not something other than you; it is not something separate from you. But even though it is not separate from you, you must bring it forth. You must realize it and manifest it-not just once, but moment to moment.” Adyashanti

Aries Moon Affirmation: “Daily, I learn the secrets of self-mastery.” “Miracles happen every day in my life!

Full Moon Total/ Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius

Wednesday, June 15
Full Moon Total/ Lunar Eclipse
in Sagittarius @
 24 º 23’
4:14 PM EDT

Time to move forward with a new attitude and get ready for adventure!

This Full Moon/eclipse takes place in the sign of Sagittarius. This eclipse will be visible in many parts of Asia, Australia, Africa, Europe and South America. This Lunar Eclipse will affect us for 6 months and is close to the powerful Galactic Center, at 26 degrees. The Galactic Center says Carol Wiggers: “It is a stunning source of energy, motivation, and aspiration,”

Sagittarius (The Archer) represents the centaur (half horse, half man) with an arrow pointing to the stars, indicating the conflict of instinct and wisdom. The key phrases for Sagittarius are “I SEE” or “I PERCEIVE.”

Sagittarius it is always seeking the big picture that enlightens and gives hope based on the interconnection with all life. It is our universal voice; it is energetic and fast moving. So this full Moon in Sagittarius is about learning, growth and the emotional need for freedom and adventure, and with Jupiter, the ruler of this lunation, you can be sure it will require doing these things in a colossal way.

The Sagittarian Moon represents the ideal form of communicating wisdom with compassion and joy. We are asked to let go of our outdated beliefs, especially in the area of familial, cultural and religious programming. A reevaluation of our long-held positions may need some updating under this full moon influence. In addition, pay close attention to intense emotions around this eclipse, especially in the area of freedom of information, personal freedom, and spirituality.

Wherever this Full Moon/eclipse falls in your natal chart is where you’re being asked to risk the release of old beliefs to make way for new opportunities.

The Sabian Symbol for the Sagittarius Full Moon is:

A Chubby Little Rich Boy Rides Upon A Hobbyhorse: This Symbol speaks about taking time to have hobbies, to be indulging in what sets your heart on fire, what gets you going, something that can have you waking up in the morning eager to do something that you love. If you don’t have this in your life, or you don’t give yourself enough time to be doing what you want to be doing, or you ignore the promptings of your creative self, perhaps you need to set some time aside to just do what YOU want, rather than feeling duty bound to do what others expect of you. Of course, we have to do what is expected in life that is a natural outcome of being on this planet; however, if we’re not satisfying our natural curiosity, creativity or talents, we can find ourselves wondering when we’re going to get around to doing it. This eclipse seems to be suggesting that the time is NOW.

Keywords: Hobbies and their pleasures. Unrestrained, imaginative play that can lead to truly wonderful creations, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Protected practice. Having to have one’s sexual needs fulfilled before one loses energy. Exercise, doing something because one can. Constantly going off on distracting schemes. Boys and their toys. Unrestrained passion.

The Caution: Someone spoilt and shallow. Feeling that one can take on anything without thought of the actual consequences. Playing when one should be more serious about life. Not doing one’s work, avoiding it by doing ‘fun’ things instead. Having no friends to play with.

Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse in Gemini

Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse in Gemini
Tuesday December 21, 2010
29 degrees of Gemini
0:13 am PST/3:13 am EST

This year’s December Solstice is quite extraordinary. We not only will have a full Moon, but also a total lunar eclipse. Dr Tony Philips of NASA determined that the last December Solstice Total Lunar Eclipse occurred in 1378.

We enter the domain of the Raven. Carl Jung deemed raven symbolism to represent the shadow self, or the dark side of the psyche. So by connecting with this dark side, we can effectively communicate with both halves of ourselves. This offers liberating balance, and facilitates tremendous wisdom.

So ask the Raven to aid you transform/change what you don’t need anymore and help you clarified your vision for 2011.

The Sabian Symbol for the full Moon and the lunar eclipse is Gemini 30: “A Parade Of Bathing Beach Beauties Before Large Beach Crowds.”

Some Keywords and Cautions from my book: The Sabian Oracle 360 Degrees Of Wisdom

Keywords: Being on show. Sheer attraction of beauty. Seeking praise. Displaying in order to get people to observe and/or evaluate. Beauty pageants. Bathing costumes and skimpy clothing. Beaches. Lifeguards. Beauty judges. Nudist beaches. Breast sizes. The mysteries of the feminine. Playing dress ups. Gatherings of goddesses. Mermaids converging. The water element. Recognizing superficiality and shallow behavior. Water nymphs.

The Caution: Using superficialities to win support. Giving importance to the issues of appearance. Neglecting the “beauty within”. Too much makeup. Flaunting one’s body. Not employing intellect. Leering, jeering. Lusting after the unattainable. Feeling like merchandise. Making superficial judgments.

  • Ask yourself:
  • What happen Nineteen years ago, on December 21, 1991? This was when we have a lunar eclipse that fell at this same degree.
  • What does the raven is whispering to you?

What to do in this Full Moon Lunar Eclipse:

  •  Take it easy. Don’t fight it – allow the energy to pass through you and release anything that wants to go.
  • Do a purification of body, mind (thoughts) and emotions ritual.
  • Keep your energy focused and clean
  • What a great night to bake cookies and make presents. Bring out the craft materials, paints, exotic fabrics, papers, beads, and turn your ritual into a gift creating party
  • Spend time in nature
  • Ceremony is most potent in the hours before, during and after the eclipse alignments, and at sunrise and sunset during each day of the Solstice gateway. As the energies are building, then disseminating, our prayers expand and multiply.

This new cycle of eclipses in Gemini and Sagittarius lasts through Nov. 2012. These eclipses will help us transition from one era to the next, as they obliterate false beliefs and bring guidance. This is a Solstice to be remembered, a galactic initiation offered to all who are open to receive it!

Affirmations for Gemini: “I keenly observe, I discover, I discriminate.”

You might want to join in these two global meditations:

1) Details are in this inspirational 3-minute video: December 2010 Solstice – Full Moon – Total Lunar Eclipse Synchronicity

2) Every month Sandra Ingerman, author of Medicine for the Earth and other titles, offers a global Full Moon meditation on behalf of the Earth. Here is the meditation she offers for the December Full Moon and Solstice:

Think about a public figure who is very successful in putting change into  motion. This figure could be one whom you like or dislike. The changes they are making might be in alignment with creating harmony on the planet. Or you might choose a person whose decisions, principles; policies are actually destructive to the planet. Basically, you are looking for a person who is exhibiting great power. Study their energy. Really sink into how they operate energetically.
You will notice they are filled with a passionate fire. They might be using it to create peace or harmony or they might be using it for personal gain. What you want to experience is how strong their inner fire or their inner sun is.Learn from them. And then, during the Solstice, start to set an intention to stoke the inner fire within you. As a spiritual community we must move into a place where we are passionate about making transformative changes in the world.
We must be people of power. As we stoke our inner fire, our inner sun, we fuel our creative power in the world. And then let’s join our fires together as we continue to use our imagination to use our senses to draw down, to create, to manifest a world filled with harmony as if it is here right now. We have to be passionate and filled with love to fuel the power of creation. And then the pulsation of energy we can create together becomes strong enough to move through the world in a transformative way.
As we stoke our inner fire, our inner sun, let us join together on December 21 as a pulsation of light that strengthens the web of light we have been weaving together as a global community for over 10 years now. Let us transmit light and love into our global community, continuing to project good health and success into our circle, and empowering all of us to continue to flow with the new opportunities that are being presented to us as we flow into the change of season and the New Year. New Moon/Solar Eclipse in Cancer

Sunday, July 11
New Moon/Solar Eclipse
 19° Cancer 34’
3:41 pm EST

All eclipses help us break old patterns and help us to make major changes in our lives, but a solar eclipse take us backwards into the past in order to bring that knowledge forward into the future and transform it.  So now is the time to pay cleaning up things and fix what is broken, or get rid of it.

On this super new moon we have the opportunity to look deeper into those places within our being and our lives that seems to be at odd and see the gifts to be gained by learning to dance with both.

On this solar eclipse in cancer I challenge you to take responsibility for the Mother Earth in whatever ways you can. This awareness of personal responsibility is wonderfully expressed in Dr Masaru Emoto’s prayer for the waters of the Gulf of Mexico:

“I send the energy of love and gratitude to the waters and all living creatures

in the Gulf of Mexico and its surroundings.

To the whales, dolphins, pelicans, fish, shellfish, planktons,

corals, algae … to all  living creatures … I am sorry.

Please forgive me. Thank you.

I Love You.”

You can watch the video by click here:     YouTube – Dr Masaru Emoto`s Prayer for the Gulf of Mexico

The Key Phrase for Cancer is: “I Nurture”. The astrological glyph is the Crab in the shape of a sideways 69.

The sign Cancer is about feelings, instincts and day to day habit patterns and routines. The energy of Cancer is comforting, compassionate, and nurturing. It knows how to create safe spaces—the womb, the sanctuary, home. It communicates through emotions. It is intuitive, creative, and sensitive to the child within. Cancer is the archetypal Mother. It rules the Fourth House: the foundation of the Soul, endings and karmic conclusions to life circumstances.

Who are more affected by this solar eclipse?

Individuals born between July 11-14th, as well as individuals with these degrees in their chart will feel the effects of this Eclipse’s energy most.

Also, those that have personal planets at 20 to 30 degrees of the cardinal signs of; Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn will be most significantly.

If it affects your personal planets, think back to what happen at this time of the last eclipse on July 11, 1991.

Remember: Where 19 degrees of cancer 34 minutes, falls in your chart you need to be informed and focused about the need to gather new information and integrate it with what you already know.

Some Questions to ask yourself in this new moon:

  • Do you explode unfairly at people you want to have a close relationship with and then wonder why they keep pulling away from you?
  • Ask yourself — why are you being defensive and self-protective?
  • Do you crave love as a way to fill up your own inner emptiness?
  • Do you mother others as a way to bury your own inadequacies in feelings of power?
  • This solar eclipse is activating our ancestral lines.
  •  So ask yourself: Where do you come from? What is your maternal or fraternal linage? Are you proud of it? Are you carrying any emotional attachments that may be preventing you move forward?
  • What is your definition of family?

 Celebrate this New Moon:

 Write your 10 wishes.

New Moon is a window of opportunity that we can use by writing down a wish list (ten wishes maximum each month) of whatever we want to have come true in our lives. For success, your wishes must be handwritten on paper. The most potent time is the first 8 hours AFTER the exact time of the New Moon; within the first 48 hours will still work. For clear success, it’s best to avoid wishing during those hours when the Moon is Void of Course.

In her book, “New Moons Astrology”, Jan Spiller advises us to make wishes on the New Moon related to: security, home, peace, mother, family, caring, nurturing, intuition.

 Sample wishes:

  • “I choose all feelings of insecurity totally lifted from me”.
  • “I choose to easily find myself making decisions for my home that are in my overall best interest.”
  • “I choose to easily find myself saying the right words to my Mother that result in mutual understanding, caring and support”.
  • “I intend to easily find myself consciously spending more quality time with members of my family”

 •   24 Hours before the New Moon is the time to go within and connect to what the need is for that area of your life.

•   24 Hours after the New Moon, write down your intentions. Verbalize them. Visualize them. Send them out. It is done!

The strongest times for wishing:

Sunday, July 11: 3:42 pm – 12 midnight

Monday, July 12: 12:00 am – 7:47 am & 8:53 am to 12 midnight

Tuesday, July 13: all day and night

Remember to write an Abundance check:

Abundance checks are a tool we can use to create more abundance in our lives. They are written within 24 hours after a New Moon.

How to write an Abundance check:

  •  Check your Ancestors/Family area gua – which is in the left center of your home if you would like your social life and your “family of choice” to grow or improve in some way or you would like your relationships with relatives to improve. Display family portraits or those of ancestors who may have passed on in this area (put the pictures in rectangular shaped frames to honor their spirit.) Add place live plants Green curtains, throw pillows, fresh flowers, personal symbols.
  • On this Cancer New Moon/Solar Eclipse:  go through my house and gather up clothing and belongings I haven’t used for the last year, and then donate them. It reduces clutter in your own life and allows you to share the wealth with others.

Shamanic Journey Idea: Journey to the Lower World and reconnect with your ancestors. Ask them what part of your family history are you really to heal and How?

What to do on this New Moon:

  •  Try asking for wisdom by gazing into a bowl of water or crystal ball or drawing a few cards from a Tarot deck.
  • Start volunteering at a local school, shelter, hospice…
  • Women, pamper yourself: buy fresh flowers to have in the house, treat yourself to new underwear or that pair of Manolo Blahnik shoes you been saving for.
  • Men pamper your significant other by being more grateful or thoughtful. What about planning a home-cooked meal for your honey.
  • Burn Frankincense, Peppermint or Rosemary oil or incense.
  • Start Your Family History by creating a family tree. Good sites to get you started are: FamilySearch.org – Family History and Genealogy Records or http://www.ancestry.com/

 Write a solar eclipse list

Take out a sheet of paper and a pen. Find yourself a nice quiet spot. On the paper, make a list of 100 things you want.

 Examples:

  • I choose to make some new friends.
  • I choose to be my own boss.
  • I will have a new car a new house. …and so on.

When you are finished, place your list in a pretty envelope,  seal it, write the date on it, and put it in your altar or any sacred place in your home. You have just plant seeds . Now, after 1 year has passed, take out your list, and see which of these seeds have taken root in your life

Cancer Moon Affirmation: “I honor my gut feelings.” “My intuition tells me all I need to know.” “Like water, I flow easily with my changing moods.”

Full Moon/Partial Lunar Eclipse in Capricorn

June 26, 2010
Full Moon/Partial Lunar Eclipse
4º Capricorn 46’@ 7:38am EDT

All Full Moons bring matters to fulfillment and heightens feelings and emotions.  Eclipses produce stress in our lives as blockages begin to crumble followed by a feeling of freedom. Eclipses are about our Shadow contents, our own, inner darkness. Shadow work is essential, and looking at what we hate or dislike the most in others, is usually what we have alive and well (and untamed) in us.

On this Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse in Capricorn Pluto the planet of dead and rebirth is also at 4 degrees of Capricorn added energy is helping us to let go of the old so, like a butterfly, we can transform and open up to new ideas. Capricorn represents discipline, patience, and rationality. So in this full moon lunar eclipse in Capricorn the value of sacrificing short-term satisfaction for the long-term goal is highlighted.

Ask yourself:

  • What are my short and long term goals?
  • Am I in the right path to get what I want?
  • If not, what do I need to change?
  • Listen to your internal dialogues. Mainly listen to what you ‘should’ and ‘should not’ be doing.

The Sabian Symbol for 4°46′ Capricorn is “Indians rowing a canoe and dancing a war dance”, with the keyword MOBILIZATION. This symbol is about action. What does this symbol said to you?

Tarot card is: Strength (La Force)

  • The Daughter of the Flaming Sword
  • Card Number: 8 Ruler ship: Leo
  • Mythology: Hercules need for strength, courage and self-discipline. Potential for moral victory and mastery of life.

Native Americans believe that we are a union of animal and human nature, and through the blending of the two, we each find our wholeness. This is the symbology of the Strength card.

Strength helps us activate the healing powers within us. It gives us the courage to take stock of ourselves and change the things that do not serve or work for us anymore. So, this Full moon I invite you to take look at any behavior that you have, and decide whether that behavior is aligned with your current life. And then, use this Full Moon energy, to let it/them go, so the “new can come in.

Quote: When the going gets tough, the tough get going – Proverb

Full Moon Ritual/Meditation:

  • Light a dark green, brown or black candle to represent this lunar energy.
  • Take a white candle of equal size, for cleansing and healing, and touch it to the burning flame.
  • Let the two candles burn down together and repeat the words, “Only when I completely love myself can my love tame my fears, and bring healing”

Use this night to look at your own failings and see in yourself that which you hate so much in others.
Write down your dreams they will reveal clues to your unconscious fears.

Quote: When the going gets tough, the tough get going – Proverb

Magical Feng Shui Tip:

Check your Creativity Gua: which is located in the right middle section of your home or office when you want to be more creative (dissolve blocks), start a new project, improve relationships with your children, get pregnant, and recognize miracles. Here is where you look to the future. Enhance with whites or pastels, fun things, music, arts & crafts, collages and things your created.
